I CONSIDER THIS POST OF MINE TO BE THE MOST IMPORTANT, OF ALL THE POSTS I HAVE PRESENTED UP TO DATE. ALSO NOTE THAT IT WOULD BE MEANINGLESS TO READ THIS POST WITHOUT READING MY EARLIER POST ON EARTHING (Part 1)
I am presenting to you the key points presented by Dr Laura Koniver MD, in her latest article on Earthing or Grounding.
(1) The moment your body touches earth, the heart rate variability increases. This has a tremendous positive benefit to the health of the heart. Patients with heart disease please take note of this.
(2) There is an improvement in the perfusion of blood all over the body, from your feet to head. This improves the performance of all organs in the body, including your facial skin, bringing positive changes in your looks. “A free facial makeup”.
(3) Suppresses inflammation all over the body. Inflammatory reaction in the body is one of the key factors for death among COVID patients.
(4) Reduction in the thickness of blood. This has a protective effect against heart attacks and strokes and also lowers the blood pressure. This also prevents clotting of blood inside the body, another key cause of death among COVID patients.
A middle aged diabetic male patient was grounded just for 2 hours. The eye surgeon who conducted this experiment was shocked to note a significant improvement in blood supply to his retina with opening of blood capillaries that were blocked, including the macula, a condition considered to be irreversible!
(5) Earthing has been found to benefit patients with cancer, heart disease, stroke, diabetes, backache, shoulder pain, insomnia, and headache.
Grounding also has been found to improve your psychological wellbeing. This has the effect of overcoming depression.
I have made my own earthing pad with a piece of copper sheet to be grounded while indoors.
A word of caution; do not handle electrical equipment when grounded. Also avoid grounding when there is lightning.
